ABSTRACT
Motivation is one of the most extensively used term in organization management and identified as the driving force that enables people to willingly put their maximum effort for any task they perform. Hence this study is to discuss regarding factors of motivation of employees in STO. Investigation conducted between independent variables of factors of motivation towards the dependent variable of job motivation. Objective of study was to identify the most significant factors of motivation of employees working in STO and also to identify the underlying forces for the significant factors of motivation. The sample consisted of 240 in employees who are working in STO representing all the positions of managers, supervisors, core employees and salespeople. Survey questionnaire and semi structured interview questionnaire was used to collect primary data. Findings of the study was summarized that top five motivation factors as feeling of belongings, job security, recognition, good working conditions and etc. that there is a strong positive relationship with motivational factors and job motivation. Further, extrinsic factors have moderate relationship with job motivation and intrinsic factors implied strong positive relationship with the job motivation. Moreover, intrinsic factors are impact higher than the extrinsic factors it concluded that intrinsically motivated employees are loyal with organization.
