Abstract
The main objective of this study was analysing the current situation in MoFT. This aim of the study was
achieved by analysing the data findings of study with the support of past researches on the subject,
organizational structure. The data findings from interviews conducted were presented as multiple-case
studies and to make the arguments strong the findings from questionnaires has been included and thus,
the theoretical findings as past researches on the topic.
The key findings of the study determine that there are many factors influencing the current situation of
MoFT. Those factors such as CSC's rules and regulations and political forces are the most influencing ones
that the study resulted. The study findings demonstrate that because of these influential forces the
current organizational structure of MoFT is having strong impact on their employees.
The findings of the study have also demonstrated that employee dissatisfaction and less commitment to
the organization has increased workload in the organization resulting high turnover and lack of
responsibility by the employees in MoFT.
Moreover, the study also has practical implications, as it furthers the subject of relationship between
organizational structure and organization and their employees in making the outcomes effective. It gives
through contribution to the theories as there are less number of theories built on the relationship
between organization's structure and their employees.
