Abstract
Research problem An appropriate leadership style motivates the employees of an organization leading to better performance by the employees and the organization as a whole.
Gn. Atoll Educational centre, being one of the leading secondary and higher secondary education institutes in Maldives, has gained tremendous improvements throughout the past decade. This is mainly due to the favourable change in its leadership style.
Therefore this research will focus on the relationship between the performance of the institution and the leadership styles it has being practicing for the past decade.
