ABSTRACT
The culture of working women has changed throughout the world due to commercial situations and societal burdens. This has brought about a situation in which working women have colossal weight to build up a vocation as hearty as their male partners while maintaining dynamic engagement in individual life. The constantly expanding work weight is incurring significant injury on the working women leaving them with almost no time for themselves.
The growing duties on the individual front with the innovative benefactions like latest technology cell phones, notebooks, and so on that keeps work life incorporated with individual life likewise makes weight on individual and expert fronts in this learning age. This influences the individual's physical, enthusiastic and social prosperity. In this way, achieving work life balance is a need for working women to have a decent personal living.
With the help of a study, this paper will attempt to focus on the impacts of shift working hours on the work life balance of working women in a specific organization. The different factors affecting the balance of work-life domain have been studied and the tool used for this purpose is the Likert scale in conjunction with the analysis of variance ANOVA where SPSS was utilized for this purpose. As a result, it shows that there were several influential impacts on the work-life balance of female employees working in IGMH.
