Abstract

The main objective of this research was to identify the human resource issues and challenges faced by Island Breeze Maldives and to identify its impact on both employee and company performance. The Dissertation was compiled on six main chapters. The chapters include Introduction, Literature review, research methodology, research findings and analysis, discussion and conclusion and recommendations.
The Introduction Chapter includes a brief description of the organisation undertaken, research purpose, research objectives and questions, research background and significance of the study. In the second chapter, a review of literature will be discussed. This chapter includes a literature search, Theoretical frameworks and a summary of literature review. The publications used for the research includes books, articles and journals from UWE Library, and other internet sources. In the third chapter, the research methodology used for the research will be discussed. This chapter mainly focuses on the research philosophy, research design, research approach and strategy. In addition, sampling method, sample size, ethical issues and research limitations will be discussed.
The chapter four compromises the finding and analysis of the research conducted. All the objectives were achieved and it will be discussed the chapter.
The final chapter includes a conclusion of the research and recommendations based on the objectives and data findings.
