Abstract:
In the existing society, it has recognized that there has been so much significance on pride and personal accomplishment at working environment; thereby extreme team is viewed as a pride for both managers and employees. Due to pride and personal accomplishment also shifting of managerial team, it has enhanced mismanagement in some of the school organization. Thus, management sees less spirit of working as a team which is a major tool of employee performance that has ultimately enabled poor performance in working environments.Hence this study pursues to examine the significance of teamwork on employee performance in a school organization.
