Abstract
This study is all about choosing between HRIS packages for large corporations or MNC's. It's not always a straightforward decision for a company chose HRIS solution. According to my past work experience, I have had the opportunity to experience myself the difficulties of choosing a proper HRIS software solution. There is a need to propose a typical set of objectives that an organization of a certain size may set when trying to decide on a software. This will depend on the industry and other variables such as Human resource diversity at the firm, Number of employees, classification of employees, Privacy and control of data usage. My Intention of choosing the research is to advance a systematic outline for a company to choose the HRIS software solution.
The study will cover the real-world problems faced by the multinational companies or large corporations in adopting HRIS solutions and exploring different types of IIRIS software and their special features in different industries and explains why it differs from company to company. This study will also give us a framework that can be used to make the right HRIS software decision for MNC's. This research would be realistic and is reachable as it is an evolving study area in global perspectives to most of the developing countries. In addition to that, a special consideration was given when choosing this area since all the organizations requires well systemized Human Resource Information Systems to make its economic future bright
This study will use a descriptive quantitative research model as it requires a straight and prompt responses from many participants. The researcher chooses questionnaires survey as an tool to collect the data by use of personal interviews, c-mails and use of telephones as methods of technique used for data collection.
