Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understanding the factors which affects in employee motivation at Island Beverages Maldives and exploratory of these factors how can affect in organizational performance through the employee motivation. Objectives of this research study understand those factors influencing employee motivation such as extrinsic, intrinsic, performance and other factors. Identifying of these factors able to understand the productivity aspects related to the employee motivation. A quantitative or descriptive research design was adopted and the selected sample of population is thirty local employees. The data collection instrument is via structured questionnaire. A set of collected statistics including bar graphs and frequency tables were used to present the results of the study. Based on the result of findings understand the changing aspects to improve the human resource management strategy according to the best practice at Island Beverages Maldives in future.
