Abstract
The introduction part consists of the aims and the objectives based on which the research has been done. The questions have been taken up in the research process that has helped in carrying out the research in a better process. The literature part consists of the modern marketing tools that will help in the mid-sized law firms in being profitable in the market and avoid the rate of cessation. The use of the marketing techniques will help the law firms in ensuring that they are profitable and can sustain in the market with a competitive advantage. The internal and the external factors regarding the influence that marketing has on the service sector has been discussed in a proper manner. To gain the satisfaction level of the customers, the law firms have to promote their brands so that the equity of the companies can be maintained. The system of knowledge management will also help in ensuring that the profitability rate of the law firms will be high in the Maldivian market
