From the past research studies have shown an impact of Training and Development and employee motivation. Hence is the theory appropriate for most of the organization the similar way is still unknown,
The following study focuses on the impact of training and development to employee motivation of STO. The study is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter includes the important such as overview of the background with research problem discussion. Also the major objectives of research are discussed in this chapter. In addition, hypothesis and research question also discussed in this chapter, The major hypothesis involves the impact of training and development to motivation of employees, Through research data analysis and other data obtainable hypothesis would be proven. Highlighting significance of study would also be discussed in this chapter.
The next chapter is based on theories and conceptual framework which provides a theoretical in-depth study of the research. In this chapter the importance of training and development to employee motivation would be discussed. Also in this study will looking into the impact of training and development to employees with different perspectives.
Next chapter is methodology were quantitative research method is going to be used by questionnaire survey. The sample size taken for the group is 69 by using simple random sampling. While taking the data it was significance to keep ethical deliberation throughout the study. After this chapter information gathering would be presented with illustrated diagram and chart explaining the possible reason for the result. In this chapter objectives of the study would be tested with the gathering of information and finally research observation and study are presented.
The last chapter of the research summary of research finding with conclusion and recommendation for the study are made. It was also vital to practice for the limitation in the research with possible further research suggestions. With the assist of research conclusion can be made how training and development helps to motivation of employees of STO.
