Abstract
To any organization public or private the most important resource is their Human resources. The whole function of the organization would be based on this resource. To some extent the success and the failure of an organization can also be based on the quality of its human resources. This is one of the resources that could be enhanced and developed over time. The most significant part for any organizational study would include the study on the organizations training and development, benefits of on the job training, the style that an organization would design and deliver its training requirements. This study would be based mostly on Primary data that has been collected using a survey.
