Abstract
This study seals with the problem of customer satisfaction and loyalty in the airline industry, with special reference to the national airline of Maldives, Maldivian. Customer satisfaction was further analyzed with the use of questionnaire and interviews. Findings show that customer preferences have changed and customers have a lot of complaints against Maldivian airline. Moreover, customers find Flyme airline better than Maldivian airline. However, recommendation for further research and findings will be given.
