Introduction:
This study investigates the perception of teaching as a profession by trained teachers. Teaching regarded as a profession that profoundly affects the lives of every individual, and ultimately the strenght and well-being of the nation. In addition teaching is a learning process that it makes discovery of knowledge in-depth just by teaching but the profession is percieved as difficult, wonderful, exhausting and rewarding. Followed by the introduction, this chapter discusses the background of the study, the problem statement, research objectives, research question, significance of the study and operational defitions.
