Abstract:
Each child has the capacity to succeed in school and in life. Yet parental involvement in educational is constantly found to be absolutely linked with a child's educational achievement. It has been unspecified to be important donation to children's educational success. The results of several researchers of many years, parents, stakeholders, educators, and policymakers have debate whether or not parental involvement has an impact on student's achievement. In this study, first chapter will be based on the introduction of the research proposal. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of parental involvement achievement strategies on secondary grades in Ghaazee School. It focuses to identify the teachers' perception on the effect of parental involvement in students' academic achievement. Teachers' perception will be aim on the parental involvement that exists when children are in their home and school as well. The main focus of this research will observe the role that parental involvement has on children's academic performance. Through this research various types of parent involvement were assessed, including parents' participation in school activities, home involvement, attending parents meeting, effect of poor parenting, communication between teachers and parents and teachers, etc. In the first chapter of the assignment will be based on the introduction of research proposal. In this part it will include a brief introduction of the proposal, background, statement of problem, research questions, purpose of the study, research hypothesis, and significance of research. Then it will move on the chapter two, where it will give a literature review on parental involvement which impacts on student's achievement. Once, the literature is over it will provide the Research methodology of the research proposal. The fourth chapter of the research will be based on the facts that this research has exposed based on four respondents participated in the research. Finally the research will end with chapter which includes research summary, discussion of research findings, conclusion of research findings, implication for future directions, recommendation for future research and summary. This paper is a part of the module Research Methodology in Educational Administration in BEEA.
