Abstract
In today's Information Age, teaching and learning are no longer confined within the four walls of a classroom or the school day (Moanes Tibi, Lubna Tibi 2009) Distance learning is one of the several modes of educational system used throughout the world. People are getting educated while continuing their jobs, family responsibilities and social life. This paper examines the practices, perceptions, advantages and disadvantages of Hybrid courses, one of the methods of distance learning method used in Maldives.
